| 1. Ask a friend to pass in front of your dog on a bicycle. When the cyclist passes slowly, order the dog to sit showing it a food prize in your hand. |
| 2. Give the dog the prize when the cyclist passes. Repeat the exercise until the dog obeys all of the times, without trying to chase the cyclist once they speed up. After that, reward it with one of its favorite toys. |
| 3. Repeat steps one and two using a toy as a distraction and with the cyclist passing faster. |
| 4. After that, throw a toy in the opposite direction of the cyclist for the dog to bring it back, so you will distract the dog from the chasing. |
